Who would win? Spider-Man or Daredevil?

Who would win? Spider-Man or Daredevil? Both are Super Agile, but one has Super strength while the other has Super Senses. Both have roughly the same amount of fighting experiences with Daredevil’s only being slightly higher then Spider-Man’s. Besides that, Spider-Man can wall-crawl. But when it comes to night fighting, Daredevil clearly has the advantage since Spidey lost his Spider-Sense. So who would win and why?

Even if Spidey lost his spider sense, he can still win. Shang-Chi trained him to fight without his spider sense so he has maximized his speed, agility, and reflexes now. He even fought the current Madame Web to a draw. Considering Madame Web also has super human abilities, including being able to see the future which makes her able to predict and counter Peter’s moves, that’s impressive enough and I’d say he can beat Daredevil with his new fighting abilities. Besides, Daredevil is peak human. Spiderman is way above peak human.
